Gym Membership Contract

This Gym Membership Contract ("Contract") is made and entered into as of {sign_date} , by and between Central Performance Centre, located at Unit 7a, Heapriding Business Park, Ford Street, Stockport, SK3 0BT ("Gym"), and {name}, residing at {address} ("Member").

1. Membership Term

The membership term shall commence on {sign_date} and continue for 2 weeks after which the membership will automatically convert to a full membership until terminated by either party in accordance with the terms of this Contract.

2. Membership Fees

a) The Member agrees to pay a full membership fee after the trial period has ended. Cancellation of the trial must be made in writing prior to the start of the billing cycle. Monies already debited cannot be refunded.

b) Payment shall be made by credit or debit card before the start of the monthly billing cycle.

3. Services Provided

The Gym agrees to provide the following services to the Member:

a) Access to all fitness equipment and facilities during operating hours (except the Strength & Conditioning area unless agreed prior with the Gym.

b) Participation in group fitness classes (subject to availability).

c) Personal training sessions (if included in the membership plan).

4. Member Responsibilities

a) The Member agrees to comply with all Gym rules and regulations.

b) The Member shall maintain proper hygiene and appropriate gym attire.

c) The Member agrees to use gym equipment safely and responsibly.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate this Contract under the following conditions:

a) The Member may cancel the full membership by providing 28 days written notice to the Gym.

b) The Gym may terminate the membership for breach of contract or violation of gym rules by providing written notice to the Member.

6. Liability Waiver

The Member acknowledges and agrees that the use of Gym facilities and equipment is at their own risk. The Gym shall not be liable for any injury or damage resulting from the Member's use of the facilities.

7. Governing Law

This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK.

8. Entire Agreement

This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
